U.S. utility technology provider Sensus has announced the launch of its utility-grade IoT communications network, FlexNet, in Middle East markets. The firm said that FlexNet, which operates in dedicated and licenses radio spectrum, will provide security for utility data coming from critical national infrastructure, and build the foundations for pioneering smart city initiatives in the Middle East.
