Telefonica announced that it's now offering LTE connections as part of its Smart m2m Solution, the operator's platform for IoT connectivity, management and control which counts with over 1,000 worldwide customers. The company said customers are asking for 4G connections in order to serve high-bandwidth applications like infotainment in cars and for low-power, low-data usage for machine-to-machine communications.
