On January 30, 2023, Jasco has exclusively contracted with Stanley Martine Homes, one of the prominent homebuilders in the United States, to offer JascoPro Series smart lighting systems.

Homeowners on the East Coast will accommodate new builds with Z-Wave technologies through Stanley Martin’s Digital-Ready Homes program, and JascoPro Series lighting systems will be part of this program. Z-Wave technologies will offer homeowners voice control through the Alarm.com interface of Amazon Alexa or Google Home.

The National Association of Realtors’ Home Buyers and Sellers Survey 2021 has reported that around 20% of buyers purchased a home with energy or green efficiency and smart home features over a new one. So JascoPro series will provide convenient and total control over smart lighting systems in their new home.

National Director of Sales for Jasco, Joshua Roberson, said “Jasco is one of the earliest adopters of the Z-Wave protocol. Our proven track record of reliability and scalability is the reason our technology will appear in brand-new Stanley Martin Digital-Ready Homes. He added, “Stanley Martin is setting itself apart from the crowd through its differentiated smart home program. Customers expect app driven technology solutions for their new home. We are proud to be a selected partner delivering the quality home buyers expect.”
