Healthcare IoT firm HomeStay to resell Essence 'smart living' products in Australia

Healthcare IoT provider HomeStay has become the exclusive reseller of Essence, a manufacturer of ‘smart living’ solutions.Sydney-based HomeStay specialises in IoT solutions for elderly people looking to live independently in their own home longer through its Intelligent Home platform. It provides human monitoring technology and data analysis.The deal with Essence covers healthcare-related hardware, software solutions and peripherals. The agreement also extends to New Zealand and Singapore.“We are pleased to be appointed the exclusive licensee for Essence APAC. This is a strategic opportunity for HomeStay, opening new markets and working with an experienced successful team,” HomeStay chief executive Philippa Lewis said in a statement.
