SensiML Corporation, a leading developer of artificial intelligence (AI) tools for creating intelligent Internet of Things (IoT) endpoints, said that it has teamed with Direct Insight, a provider of circuit design solutions. Direct Insight will provide technical sales, service, and engineering assistance to customers developing intelligent IoT solutions with SensiML's Analytics Toolkit package of AI development tools for the extreme edge under the terms of the deal. Direct Insight's considerable industry experience in managing complex embedded and IoT edge-related products allows it to supply goods, support, and design services across the UK and Ireland.
Direct Insight, based in Greatworth, Oxfordshire, offers a wide range of embedded development tools and services from leading manufacturers of microprocessors, FPGAs, RTOS, and design software. Direct Insight's addition of the SensiML AI/ML development tools enables developers to design ultra-low-power, extremely intelligent endpoints without the requirement for huge teams of data scientists or prior AI experience.
"Direct Insight has a great track record in supporting embedded tools and providing exceptional technical support. They are our lead solution partner for the UK and Ireland and will provide us with scalable growth for the increasing demand for SensiML commercial projects across the region," said Owen Bateman, SensiML's director of European Sales.
SensiML provides AI/ML tools which are highly synergistic with our other edge IoT products and services. We're excited to work with our customers to provide smart IoT endpoint solutions,"
David Pashley, managing director at Direct Insight.
Direct Insight has been given the go-ahead to provide full sales and support for the SensiML product line and will be adding SensiML goods to its website shortly.
