Alcatel-Lucent acquires IoT security provider

Alcatel-Lucent has acquired Mformation, an IoT security and device management solution provider for mobile operators, service providers and enterprises. Full terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed, but US-based Mformation will be incorporated into Alcatel-Lucent’s IP Platforms unit.
